Workee New Year Update: December 2021

Greetings from Workee! We are excited to present you our new product update, the last one for 2021! We're constantly adding new features to Workee to provide you with the best user experience possible. Check out what's new;)

Full support for Google Meet

It's getting easier to use your favorite tools with Workee! You can now connect your Workee to Google Meet and use Meet as the default video call option. This includes instant, scheduled meetings, and appointments with clients and web page visitors.

How does it work?

Go to the Booking - Booking Form and select Google Meet (you need to confirm your Gmail account). A confirmation pop-up will appear once the connection is ready. From then on, Google Meet will host all of your meetings :)

If you already have meetings scheduled with another Video call provider, we will automatically update all of your meeting links to work with Google Meet as soon as you switch - you won't have to worry about anything!

Note: If you signed up for Workee using your Gmail account, you can connect Google Meet to your account.

Booking Section

We've redesigned the Booking section. There is now an availability and booking form. You can easily set up your Availability by putting your working days and hours so that visitors to your page can book appointments with you.

The Booking form has everything you need on a single page: Choose your time slots duration, set your fee, choose a video call provider (Workee video calls by default, or connect Google Meet and Zoom (Zoom coming soon), and add your competencies for any additional appointment details you may have:)
