Meet the new fresh look of Workee!

A Fresh New Look for Workee

🎨 We've completely redesigned our website builder to be more intuitive, making it simpler than ever to create stunning, professional websites. Additionally, our onboarding process has been revamped for a smoother and more straightforward setup of your business with Workee.

Workee Goes Mobile

📱 Exciting news – Workee is now fully mobile! Workee has been redesigned to function seamlessly on mobile and tablet devices, accessible directly from your browser. This means you can effortlessly manage your business on the go, utilizing all of Workee's features from your mobile phone.

Video Recording for Workee Calls

🎥 We're thrilled to introduce video call recording for Workee Plus and Pro users. This feature enables you to record your video calls directly within Workee. Plus subscribers enjoy unlimited recording storage on the desktop, while Pro users have access to both desktop and cloud storage options.

• How it works:

  • Log in to Workee.

  • Ensure Workee Calls is set as your default video call option.

  • For Workee Plus or Pro subscribers, select the “Record” button in Settings during a Workee Call.

  • After the meeting, you'll receive an email with the recording.

  • Your meeting recording will also be automatically saved on the Meeting Details page.

Unleash Creativity with Unsplash Integration

🌈 In partnership with Unsplash, we now offer access to millions of high-quality images. Enhance your website, shop items, and client interactions with just a click. Our new picture selector also includes a cropping feature for perfect image customization.

Invoice Improvements

💼 Invoicing with Workee is now more robust and user-friendly. We've added support for company, tax, phone, email, and address fields, along with an updated invoice template view, making your billing process more comprehensive and professional.

• How it works:

  • Log in to Workee.

  • Go to the Finance page.

  • Click on Create Invoice (ensure your payments are connected).

  • Select the Invoice Recipient.

  • Edit custom fields on the invoice (Logo, Company name, Phone number, Address, website, links, etc).

  • Once created, all information will be added to the invoice.

Enhanced Workee Shop Features

🛍️ Manage your shop with enhanced flexibility. Choose to make items private or public, share direct links to specific products or services, and clone projects for quicker setup and replication.

• How it works:

  • Log in to Workee.

  • Go to the Shop page.

  • Click on Manage items.

  • In the new settings window, you can clone items, create public or private items, and copy links to selected items for direct client access.

Interactive Chips for Client Management

👥 Client management is now more intuitive and efficient with interactive chips. Easily access meetings, projects, or invoices related to each client with just a tap.

• How it works:

  • Log in to Workee.

  • Go to the Clients page.

  • Open a client's profile to view recent activities.

  • Click on any recent activity to open its details directly from this page.

Simplified Meeting Organization with Drag & Drop

🔄 Organizing your meetings is now as straightforward as dragging and dropping. This new feature, akin to our Projects functionality, allows you to easily rearrange one-time or recurring meetings.

• How it works:

  • Log in to Workee.

  • Go to the My Business section on the Workee page.

  • Open a One-time or Recurring meeting.

  • Ensure you have 2+ time slots.

  • Click, hold, and move to reorder meetings on the page.

  • All changes will be saved automatically. The new meeting order will also be displayed on your Workee website for your clients.
